Area: In ward no. 1 of 5 Kushulia union of Kaliganj upazila of Satkhira district, 25 marginal women head families will be brought under the production of agricultural products.

Key Activities:
Need assessment session/event on climate smart agriculture and Early Warning, weather risks 1.2 Digital extension Service system readiness, one operational context visit 1.3 One Training Module development (Climate smart agriculture and weather early waring) 1.4 One batch of training face to face for local facilitation team (TOT) and one batch digital training follow up 1.5 Farmers training sessions facilitation 1.6 Input support and follow up support/workshop 1.7 Market actor linkage workshop/orientation 1.8 Two sessions - Call Centre Agent training /workshop, gender sensitive, climate smart information service 2.1 Agrometeorological, early warning, agro-advisory info delivery 2.2 Early warning info delivery ( SMS, Voice message, live call) 2.3 Dissemination network setups, farmer, service provider facebook group (1), client database (1), whats app & link with online marketing initiatives 2.4 Managing & monitoring Call Centre and field facilitation (2 AIS-PA discussion & 8 Good Practices) 2.5 Content upgrading validation (at least one session)
Main: Output-1: Capacitated women farmer with improved knowledge, skills, information and enabling market network to practice climate smart agriculture in the project target areas
Output 2: Improved access to user friendly and action oriented agrometeorological and early warning information for women farmers and women led CSOs.
